Wonderful location and a lovely balcony to enjoy the views of the city. The room was spacious and bright, providing a great space to relax and unwind. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any needs we had. The convenience of being able to cook in our room was an unexpected bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and comfortable accommodations.

Very spacious apartment, with some view on the city, no obnoxious card needed to keep the electricity on (-> you can charge your batteries while out in the city...), internet
A bit run-down, staff not very helpful and with poor english, no breakfast, bed provides just "okay" comfort

Proximity to everything. It was definitely a budget hotel. It was relatively clean and not much noise. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The decor was very mismatched. It looked like they went to a secondhand store and bought what was available to furnish the apartment. The bed was very comfortable.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed with several aspects. the value for money was excellent as the prices were very reasonable for what was provided. Secondly, the attention to detail was evident in the well-equipped rooms with a kitchenette, which included a microwave and hotplates, perfect for preparing meals. Finally, the location was superb, situated in a nice neighborhood close to key touristic attractions like Recoleta cemetery and the bus station. I particularly enjoyed the large balcony with a view of a big tree opposite, where I could enjoy my breakfast each morning.
All was perfect, nothing to be improved upon.

We had a lovely time staying at this residence during our romantic escape. The location was perfect and allowed us to easily access all the main attractions. The apartment was spacious and clean, with a cozy balcony perfect for enjoying the warm weather. We also appreciated having a kitchen area, which allowed us to cook our own meals and save money.
That the walls were very thin. We could hear some noise from the neighbors during the day, which made it difficult to relax. However, once the evening came around, it quieted down and we had a great night's sleep. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location, Spacious room and free wifi. Kitchenette, clean nice bathroom. No double glazed windows hence can be very noisy at night (traffic) otherwise perfect, little balcony.

The price of the hotel was very economical, and the location was great for my business needs. I was able to easily access various restaurants and other attractions in the area. The staff was also helpful in providing me with a map of the city to help me navigate and were able to refund the tax with my U.S based credit card.
The air conditioning in the room was not sufficient, and it got uncomfortably warm during the summer days. Additionally, the cleaning service was lacking as they didn't replenish essentials such as soap and toilet paper. Though, the most disappointing thing was that the pool was closed during the summer, which would have been a nice amenity to utilize after a long day of work.

The hotel's facilities are excellent, with clean and spacious rooms. We particularly appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing breakfast and snacks.
Nothing bad to say.
